Question 1

Is the Hirfa Academy certificate accredited or officially recognised?

Accepted Answer

No. Hirfa Academy is an independent training provider. Its courses lead to a Hirfa Academy certificate of completion, which is a professional-development record — not a university degree, a government-licensed qualification, an accredited award, or a NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA qualification. Whether any individual employer values it is at that employer's discretion.

Question 2

Is the certificate verifiable?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every certificate includes a unique ID and a public verification page at hirfa.academy/verify, where anyone can confirm the holder's name, course, certificate type, issue date, and status.

Question 3

How do I access the course and receive the certificate?

Accepted Answer

You get instant access to all course modules as soon as payment is confirmed. After you complete the modules and pass the final assessment, your certificate of completion is generated as a PDF.

Question 4

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed no more than 20% of the course and no certificate has been issued. Contact support@hirfa.academy from the email used at purchase. Full details are on the Refund Policy page.

Question 5

Does completing a course guarantee a job?

Accepted Answer

No. Completing a course does not guarantee employment, an interview, a promotion, a visa, or a specific salary. Hirfa Academy has no affiliation or hiring arrangement with any employer or government entity. Courses are intended for skill-building and professional development.

Question 6

What programs does Hirfa Academy offer?

Accepted Answer

Hirfa Academy offers three tiers of online course, each ending in a Hirfa Academy certificate of completion: the Professional Certificate ($46.34), the Professional Diploma ($98.39), and the Executive Diploma ($238.19). All include course materials and a public verification page.
