Customers may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.

2. Terms

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Contact us at support@hirfa.academy with your registered email address and we will process your refund within 48 hours.

3. Incorrect Email Address

If you entered an incorrect email address, you must contact support immediately. The certificate will be reissued after verification.

4. Delivery Issues

If you have not received your certificate, you must contact support. Non-receipt claims will be investigated.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe back to the original payment method.
