Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, provided that you have completed no more than 20% of the course and no certificate of completion has been issued to you.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email support@hirfa.academy from the email address used at purchase, including your order number and the reason for your request. You can also reach us via the Contact page.

3. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Payment-processing fees charged by our payment provider may be non-refundable.

4. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds cannot be issued after 7 days from purchase, after a certificate of completion has been issued, or where course completion exceeds 20%.

5. Incorrect Email or Delivery Issues

If you entered an incorrect email address, or you have not received access to your course or certificate, contact support and we will investigate and re-issue after verification. These cases are handled separately from refunds.

6. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
